There will always be Emerging Talent on the rise to stardon. And the next big thing will always hold a place not only permeating cultural conversation, but the world of fashion as well. So as H&M embarks on a multi-year rebranding rollout, my team and I were tasked with the challenge of identifying a strategy for engaging Emerging Talent that aligns with their new brand direction.
Through a multi-year strategy exploration, we composed an integrated strategic approach for Emerging Talent that included thorough brand and competitor research, talent engagement frameworks, and creative concepts for talent integration. This strategy is part of a collective brand work that has led to campaigns like H&M SS25 Notes on Being that has tapped into early and mid-stage talent.
